Ive been a chronic exercise avoider all my life - until a few months ago when I discovered LOLOs 7 minute app and then these others. Tailored to my level, with a variety of exercises, in app videos, fitness tips and a likable coach (optional). Truly changed my life.
Improvements Id like to see in updates:
1) Option to reduce intensity along scale (now has beginner-intermediate-advanced in the profile),
2) Option to pause a session and view a preview vid,
3) Option to continue an exercise until failure - then tap play to proceed.
