Pro - simple to use, works solidly. Seems to do a good job balancing and varying the exercises.
Con - updates are not a development priority. Since the September iOS update, Easy Abs no longer saves exercise progress to pick up on the next days workout, so while I am physically on day 45, the app thinks I am on day 2 so I have to "fast forward" 43 times to continue. It also no longer keeps the playlist ready so I have to re-retrieve that also each day.
